Belly fat burning hormone

flat belly fat .

Is there such a thing as a belly fat burning hormone?

Basically, when it comes to fat in the body, there are two types of hormones – fat burning hormones and fat storage hormones.

One of the fat storage hormones is a word we hear of all the time. It is Insulin. Insulin  is released into the bloodstream after every meal. This hormone’s  function is to transport calories from food into the muscle cells. This is where  calories are converted to energy.

This system works until  too much of insulin is released into the bloodstream. When there is too much insulin in the blood and too many calories are transported into muscle cells, the body reacts by diverting these extra calories into  fat cells. And this will become fat.

If the fat cells are in the belly – then this will result in belly fat.

Fat burning hormones are also released into the body after every meal. Fat burning hormones are of course different from fat storing hormones.  They will burn fats from fat tissues – thus helping your reduce your unwanted fat.

How do we control our fat burning hormones?

Both fat burning hormones and fat storing hormones are created and triggered by the food we eat. Therefore it is important to pay attention to our diet and eating habits. Obviously we want to eat more fat burning hormones .

Fat burning hormone diets

Many diets are designed to eliminate protein, or carbohydrate calories – but they do not even take into consideration fat burning hormones.

Your brain is the organ that controls fat burning hormones – but still it is the food we eat that will control the hormones.

Taking the time to understand how fats accumulate in our body and how belly fat burning hormones work is a great step towards finding solutions to losing belly fat.
